Should be close to bankrupt soon,profits swing from up 50% to down 90% the next year,this guy is just taking huge amounts of risk,borrowing billions and hoping the real estate market swings the right way.machiam gambling like ho jinx.if u watch real estate investing on youtibe,debt is necessary in real esstate in building up a portfolio of tens even hundreds of properties and becoming a tycoon but this guy is like on crack cocaine wall street gambling.its like piling on debt to stay alive and one day when a systemic error occurs,a gust of wind blows and the house of cards disintegrate

just overvalue your assets and you will reduce the debt to equity.
