The newly appointed Exco under Dana Lam should sue the panties off Thio Su Mien, Josie etc.

Someone should write to Dana Lam preferably someone who is an expert in computer security that they should hire a computer specialist to recover all data stored in the hard disk in all the PCs at their Aware office, they probably deleted whatever they sent. This way all correspondence between Thio & Josie pussies can be carefully traced for inflammation, deceit etc. Of course, there is the possibility that they did not use Aware account but probably some emails, documents can still be traced written by them.

Also not forgetting the $90,000 huge bill for lawyers, audit firm, event organizer which is a blatant flouting of Aware's constitution.

Thio & her gang are cunning people, do not see any reason why it should be forgive & forget when the instigators themselves are not contrite for their misdeeds. Their very action in itself fractured the most important value of Aware and that is trust.

definitely they should be sue, even though it is small money for them.
It is not the amount, it is justice.

Aware membership jumped from 300 plus to 3000 plus. Lets say 2500 new members, the new Aware would have collected $40 * 2500 = $100,000, easily recover that expense.

you stupid idiot! why don't you try to embezzle $900,000 of company funds and when you're charged, you use this defense "it's okay cos i bring in revenue of $1.2 million".

let's see where it gets you.

One month $90,000. If 2 month, AWARE will be bankrupt and dissolved.

Assuming of course that they wear panties.
