Once the returning officer makes an announcement of a winner, it is already considered the final result, do you know that?

For fuck sake, the RO makes that announcement only after a complete count of ALL the votes. He does not make the announcement based on the sample vote count!

and ensure that the seals on the ballot boxes are intact before they are
opened;

(b) during the count, observe the counting procedure and give views upon
request to the Assistant Returning Officer who is adjudicating on votes;

(c)at the close of count, be present to witness the sealing of ballot papers
and election materials in the ballot boxes.

But he did say that the sample count is a good predictor of the result.
Everyone believe that ...the people were led to believe that the sample count was the result.

And lo and behold, the result reflected the sample count. Gosh, our Elections Department has the most innovative sampling tool that we should export. 100 sample size, regardless of population, they can give you 100 percent accuracy.

There are counting agents from both political parties to monitor the whole process including sealing and unsealing of ballot boxes using the party's own seals. You guys should go read the elections procedures before starting to spew out such speculations. If there is fraud, the opposition counting agents will be the ones to call out and not armchair loonies like us.

Was the bus used for transporting the ballots boxes to counting centres checked by the agents? Did the agents checked the ballot boxes before it was used for voting? Were the agents watching the boxes throughout the votes?

Were the agents allowed to check each of the ballot boxes before they were used for voting? Were the agents allowed to watch after the boxes? Were the buses bringing the boxes to counting centres checked by the agents?

It is a fraudulent election. How can the Elections Department have 100% accuracy in predicting the result with a sample size of 100, regardless of population size?
