This morning at the park with my grandson and my kids, saw these people, maid and her employer dropping 2 to 3 copies of PAP EC GRC pamphlets into the residents letter boxes and mine, annoying the residents and told us that they have been dropping these a couple times. Seriously, PAP is very afraid to loose the whole East Coast GRC. Is this legal? What is the SPF doing are they not going to punish those PAP offender?
