Party officials and volunteers, please keep all ballot boxes in sight at all times. If inside vehicles, do follow them at all times as well. I am still frightened by all those empty PE ballot boxes found in polling station store rooms months after the election.

As some enlightened politicians said: It is not how voters voted, it is how their votes are processed afterwards that is important. Be afraid, be really afraid.

In most democratic countries, the votes are counted right there at the polling location immediately after close of polling. Results are thereafter transmitted to a central location for consolidation and declaration of result. Can we not count the votes at our polling stations; do we have the means to send these result information anywhere securely ?? ????
