Let me assure you that Japanese ministers are accountable and will take responsibilities. They get more latitude because they don't earn disgraceful amount like our PAPpies.

Pappies can't even properly manage a peesai country, if they manage a big country with natural disasters and large mountains and long rivers, I think everyone will die. ;)
