if one of the crazy cyclists did not ram into the car he would have shot through the hairpin turn, the trees and down the ravine. the car might have saved him.

i watched the Tour De France pyrenees and alpine stages and the descent cornering was spot on accurate and smooth.

Cyclists coming down the mountain are normally very fast pace, those cars were

at the corner are blocking their maneuver, how can they brake on time??

The must have a big radius at fast pace to turn corners!!

Go try coming down Genting Highland and see if anyone can make to the bottom

in one piece!!

That was my first thought too but the guy who entered the corner at unbelievable breakneck speed is a seasoned pro and 5 time Irish Champion! There was no way he was going to make that corner no matter what.
