HDB should focus on housing Singaporean's and PRs only, not foreign talents who ought to be housed either in subsidised dorms or private properties (need not be high class pte property).

Many sinkies and PRs are illegally subletting their HDBs out, and pretending that they didn't know their apartments are used as brothels and hotels.
