Its a sad day in our nation's history when an Indian tourist, from a country with notoriously bad train service, can rightfully criticize our MRT for the train delays. I guess in India, the trains don't stop running, they are just perpetually late. Which one you prefer? Late train or no train?

Indian tourist Balaji Madabushi, who was with his wife and four-year-old son, was stranded at Buona Vista MRT Station after taking a train on the Circle Line. “I was shocked to find out there was no more train service to Jurong East. I didn’t expect Singapore to be like that. I’ve always heard stories from friends and others on how efficient Singapore is,” he said.

Why cannot complain? Maybe he is a billionaire in India, just like our resident billionaire tycoon here who takes taxis to his private jet, dun play, play.

At least this train is moving and on their way to their destination. That's why its better in India. They are not stuck for over 3 hours in the dark claustrophobic train with potential molesters.
