Is not good to create enemies in this forum. Discuss in a more civilize way and no need to shout at each other.

Tha's where you are mistaken. No one has enemies except relaxman and his clone assguy. Like I said, if someone came and condemn the property you bought with your hard earned money, how would you react? Discuss in a civilized manner? but the more you civilized you are, the more he take advantage and condemn futher on your property and make sweeping statements and half truths. How would you react? Let the process repeat for a few months where he regularly comes and bash up and spew crap on ur choice of property. Until and until then you will understand why no one here likes relaxman.. You said you are matured enough to know the difference. We certainly hope so.

Sorry, i don't wish to take side here but i think you have gone too far. In some threads, you even drag my name into your fight with relaxman. I think is unfair for me. Why are you so particular on what people say about your property. You don't have confident on your own judgement? If i buy a property, i won't give a damn on what other people say. As long as i am happy, who care what other people say? Peace bro .....

DINING ROOM FENG SHUI

1. Choosing and positioning the table
Your dining table should be large but fit comfortably in the room. Oval or round shapes are best, but if your table is rectangular, you can balance it with rounded shapes such as rugs in the rest of the room. It’s best to place the table at the centre of the dining room and turn it at a slight angle in relation to the walls, so the chi will flow in a gentle, curving path around the room. If you put the table straight and parallel with the walls, the chi will be channelled in a straight line through the room or around the edges, and may get trapped in the corners.

2. Seating arrangements

In feng shui, it’s good practice to seat the oldest family member or an important guest in the “honoured guest” position at the table. This is the seat furthest from the door, with solid walls behind it and offering a good view of the door and windows. If possible, place all the seats so that no one has his or her back to a door or large window, because this “weak” position may leave that person feeling insecure. This problem is especially likely with round tables.

3. Setting your table

In general, plain colours and simple shapes are best to promote the calming energy you need around the table. If you prefer a pattern, opt for one based on just one or two main colours. Vertical stripes are ideal because they symbolize uplifting energy. However, busy patterns splinter the chi. To get the most benefit from your tableware, keep items in good condition and discard any chipped plates, bowls or glasses.

4. Table displays

A rounded bowl filled with rounded fruit, in the centre of the table, is excellent feng shui; the more food you show, the more “richness of life” you possess. Many fruits have special significance: you could choose apples to boost friendship, pears for energy, peaches for health and oranges for richness. You can include other favourite fruits as well. Flowers are also a lovely decoration. Yellow ones are ideal to enhance communication. Silk, paper or plastic flowers are also fine. However, don’t use dried flowers because they represent decay and stagnation.

5. Lucky energy

The table and the area around it need to be “loaded with luck” (chuang ho hsing yun). To nurture goodness in the chi, have a few large, soft-leaved plants near the table if they suit the pa kua location. Pictures that give you feelings of pleasure and abundance will also help; good subjects include bright flowers, rounded fruit and sunny landscapes.

Keep electrical items, including TVs and stereos, out of the dining room; their energy is too yang. In addition, remove any clocks, because they are unwelcome reminders of the passing of time. A dining room should be “eternal” (yung yuan te).

Thanks for the clarification. Based on your feedback, we now know that you implicitly agree that it is ok and acceptable for relaxman to slag other property developers. It appears that you have taken the stand that it is ok and ethical for people to slag other people's property with sweeping statements, lies and half truths. You are also seen to be taking the stand to defend relaxman by saying if the property owner is confident in their choice, whatever people badmouth or say should not bother them the least. It appears that you condone such unethical behavior in this forum. Thanks for confirming your stand and position.

So viz-a-viz your rationale, We cannot understand or see why you are so upset that your name is being jumbled together with such a low class being like relaxman. Thanks for clarifying that you are not a clone. So based on your reasoning, if you know you are innocent of all wrongdoing, then we don't see why you should get upset when we say negative connotations about you. Anyway, if you have done nothing wrong, then you should not get upset when people think you are in cahoots with relaxman, just like your reasoning its ok for relaxman to slag other peoples property if one is confident enough of their choice. Be consistent in your stand and position. It goes a long way to prove how ethical a person is.

Since you have not done anything wrong, you don't need to get so worked up. We don't mean any offence to you and you shouldn't take any offence anyway based on your reasoning. Peace bro..

It depends how you interpret the word "slag". Merely saying negative facts of a project is not slagging. This is a forum and are bound to hear positive and negative views from forumers. If you really only want to hear good things about your favourite project, is better just to read their website. Peace...

There is a difference between what is negative facts n what are lies n sweeping half truth statements. If he can back up his negative remarks by all means he is entitled to his show time. However he has shown consistency in giving lies n half truths. We do not wish to rebuke him but it appears he who isn't an owner of setia properties can devote so much energy and time to nitpick on setia projects only. You said u joined the forum to find out more about different projects. If the negative news is not true n u believed it,causing you to miss an otherwise good investment, would you still think it is ethical for such people to continue their selfish agenda here? Like I said if u feel it's alright and ethical for people to say negative things without facts to prove, then you are in the right place to scout for ur next big investment. No project is perfect or else you would already bought ur unit by now. However if we can make the buying process more accurate without the lies, We believe it is to the benefit of buyers here and the purpose of this Forum. Isn't that why we all join this forum in the first place? peace.

Don't worry. We are all adults and mature enough to determine whether is truth or lies.

MORE FENG SHUI TIPS .....

1. De-clutter Every Room. This is absolutely fundamental to ensuring a harmonious home and life. Clutter in the home restricts the flow of positive energy, and can result in cluttered thinking. Having a tidy, organized home will result in feelings of calm and relaxation. Anything that is broken, unused, or brings back unhappy memories should be thrown away.

2. Position Furniture Correctly. Furniture should be positioned so as not to restrict free passage through the room, as this is a reflection of the flowing of energy. People should be able to sit with their backs to a wall whenever possible.

3.Keep Work and Rest Areas Separate. Any work or home office space should be kept very distinct from living or sleeping areas. If these are mixed then relaxation will be impossible, and work material kept in the bedroom will prevent getting a good night’s rest.

4. Make Repairs Promptly. Any house features such as stairs, doors or windows that are broken or not working restrict the flow of positive energy. Repairs should be made as quickly as possible to allow the energy to flow freely again.

5. Hang Mirrors. Mirrors are believed to reflect positive energy, therefore doubling its potency. They also work by preventing the flow of negative energy around the home. However, it is not recommend placing a mirror facing a front door, as it reflects good energy back out the house.

6. Display Plants, Flowers, and Fruit. Displays of fresh flowers and plants promote positive energy, although ones with thorns should be avoided. A bowl of fruit rather than flowers should be situated in the bedroom to encourage sexual health, and displays of oranges and lemons throughout the home are thought to bring good luck.

7. Install A Water Feature. This is essential to the successful implementation of feng shui, which translates as wind water. A water feature will promote feelings of relaxation and harmony.

8. Fill The House With the proper Colors. Colors have a special significance in feng shui, with different colors representing different things. For example, green symbolizes nature, and is therefore representative of life and hope. Yellow represents power, and red and purple are said to be lucky. Relaxing colors are best used in living spaces.

9. Avoid Sharp Lines And Corners. Roundness is preferred in feng shui. Sharp corners are though to emit negative energy. Wherever possible corners should not point to beds or chairs, as they will prevent calmness and relaxation.

If you really need to buy a house near place of worship,
1. Your house should be at least 80 ft or more away from any temple/mosque/church etc.
2. The entrance of the house should not face the temple and the shadow of a temple should not
fall on your block.
3. Avoid placing any chimes in the house.

If your house fulfilled the above condition, no problem at all to you.

NEW FENG SHUI TIPS

Dining Room
It should be clean and elegant: simple and light colored walls, tasteful light, photos of food or flowers… Avoid a triangle or diamond dining table; round or square ones are OK. Also, try not to use marble or glass tables. Set the table in a place not facing the front door, toilet, or passage.

Bath Room
A bath room should be dry and airy. Use marble or granite ground tiles. Decorate it with white, black or blue colors.

In developed countries such as Singapore, view always priceless. Often after u pay for a premium for a development, another development come up in front of you.

The most guarantee view probably beside expressway or the Central Catchment area beside reservoir as beside reservoir often can't build high rise and much building due to pollutions.

Units best face north-south orientation, so that its windy, well ventilated yet no morning sun and afternoon sun issues.
