This is the clash of the titans in year 2015. Which one is better and good value for money?

GH is cheaper but location wise BDO is better. I see that the P15 22x70 price is Rm100K more than P12 22x70. Huat ah...to the P12 owners.

johor land and glenmarie clash of the titans???? oh my god. i always knew standards in johor was low, but now i know how low. hey asus guy, aren't you a bit worried your P12 house hasn't gone up in value at all? i think you need to tell your best friend relaxman aka cslong to support sp setia. only sps or ew can push the price up for your BDO house.

Have visited BDO & Glenmarie Sale Gallery yesterday. Good crowd there. Very nice show house at BDO. Glenmarie without show house but their concept is interesting too.

Nice pictures. BDO sloping tiled roof look very good. Nowadays developers are moving towards the metal sheet flat roof. BDO is pricing base on its success in this area. Glenmarie seems to be more value for money though as it is a new entrant there.

Metal roofing very noisy during rain and very hot. Even with glasswool and aluminium foil also cannot solve problem. Nowadays, metal roofs thickness is gauge 34..so very thin. However, metal roof installation is fast,, easy to install and normally won't leak. Rust or no rust over time, that one depend on manufacturer. If the roof is designed with high gradient, then it is ok.
BDO design is for young families as Master bedroom is big and the other 2 rooms upstairs is small.

Glenmarie is DRB Hicom property arm. In Selangor, the most famous one is Glenmarie Temasya and Glenmarie Cove. Quality comparable to Setia and Eco World.

Have to look at specifications and finishings for comparison. Eg. Last time I check is BDO uses asbestos free sheets for its upstairs ceiling for its older phases or they use ceramic tiles instead of 600 x 600 polished tiles. Maybe now they use plaster ceiling.

Good buy for the medium income Malaysians, can start a nice family. Foreigners will not be able to buy since most are way below rm 1 mil.

In term of built up size and price, Glenmarie Johor beat BDO P15. BDO advantage is only on the location. In term of reputation of the company, both are GLCs.

According to cslong the fengshui master, sloped roof is bad fengshui. Perhaps Relaxman n asusguy should call him out of retirement to explain this to everyone why they shouldn't be buying BDO houses. Clash of titans ?! Sounds like comparing perodua vs proton IMHO

Feng shui or astronomy or zodiac sign. So many people have gotten poor n only the wannabe master sifu scam the gullible. Please buy property for investment based on what you can afford. All the fengshui is not going to help u settle ur outstanding bank loans. We all don't care what is ur relationship with cslong and asusguy but we can see you also love to slag other developers n profess a fetish for the sultan. Pls learn to behave urself n be a responsible man.

Yes but the pic you shown slanted only on one side. Worst is it slanted all the way.
