Ah John hia, please help to explain why some people only come out after 12am dressed in white. If nothing to hide, they should hang around when the sun is out. And they confine themselves in secluded places, old schools, camps etc. Shouldnt these souls be lunching at Jamie Oliver or Din Tai Fung?

Well said ... although it does not mean that there is no black sheep among them, but everyone knows that once you cross the 'incorruptible" line, you will be expelled. When the PAP wears white, it reminds them of their accountability to the Party and to the people they serve that they are to be true, honest and morally clean.

hahaha..true. pap can wear white and speak abt integrity and incorruptibility. But it is the heart that matters. And we know, that despite what the pap say, not many Singaporeans trust and believe them PAP has to ask themselves why?

The demands on the PAP ministers are exacting. That's why anyone in the Party who is caught behaving out of line with the moral code of conduct will be expelled and in serious case, brought to justice.

Therefore it is very hard to find good and able men to join the " Men in White" Party. Many are called ... but few are chosen.

Many are called ... the headhunter goes around to canvass for the right candidates... many at first seem to make the grade.... but at the end, only a select few make the cut... yet these select few are not protected above the law ... when they cross the line, no matter who they are, they are subject to the party rules; either expulsion or legal case.

If LHL and TCH are to leave suddenly ( touch-wood ) without a successor, there will be a huge upheaval. The stock market will dive. Property market will collapse. The confidence of investors will be shattered. Money will flee out of the country. Companies will start to move out. Jobs will be lost. Livelihoods will be affected. Do you think Singaporeans will not care ?

PAP chooses people who are willing to be obedient. Singaporeans who have strong leadership qualities and courage don't join pap. Hence you see the poor performance of the new pap.
