Cannot access forum on local ip?

Here's what i see when i go to the forum

Use vpn to post this.

What's happening?

Forum database backup time. Takes about 3 to 4 minutes. It will be sluggish during that period and may time out.

It only lasts a couple of minutes so by the time you connected via vpn, backup was over and it connected.

Yesterday night from around 11 pm keeps having this screen show up till I went to sleep at 1 am.

Cannot be cos i disconnected the vpn and it wouldn't connect. Logged into vpn and can access.

Same here. Can't access from Singtel or M1 IP address. Can access through VPN or anonymizer. Go figure.

Just tried. Cannot view forum page as guest. Now log in through free proxy sites.

I think it's obvious that MDA is doing their job again!

I used to surf youjizz.com for porn, but a few months ago, the site started getting blocked by MDA with this message:

"The website you are attempting to access is unavailable as it contravenes the Broadcasting (Class Licence) Notification issued by the Media Development Authority of Singapore."

Taking extremely long to load, resulting in timeout Error 524. No problem with VPN, proxy or anonymizer.

I think it's obvious that MDA is doing their job again!

If you get that message, then it's blocked. If you don't get that message, it's simply a network, nameserver or hosting problem.
