Anyway its amazing that people spend so much money building a tall skyscraper and yet use crap material that burns so quickly. Being in the construction business I know that such spead of fire comes from material use in under develop or some developing countries not places like Dhubai. Someone has to be responsible for this.
might be too much purified oxygen pumped into building's air-con system for good air quality. any good material will burn with fuel.
