Voyeur Picture Taking - Now got excuse

There seems to be hundreds of hp-cam vigilantes now taking hidden pics of those Sinkies flaunting various minor offences such as eating on MRT, parking at handicapped lots, taking up 2 seats on buses....etc... and than posting on various sites such as STOMP

Now this may gives voyeurs a valid excuse in case they are caught (of cos not those upskirters )
