Chee did concede that these families are able to afford that Hongkong sized pigeon hole. The PAP photoshop IB even highlighted that paragraph in red line. Then this idiotic IB goes on to rebut someone who agrees with him.

Chee is saying that apart from the flat, the family is left with the miserable bit of about $800 for food, transport, school and medical.
