I am interested but I will wait a while more until oil prices sort of stabilise and the counter rises. In this case it may be better to let the stock come up and then pay a little premium rather than try to bottom fish it.

I cant really put a number on when I would be prepared to buy in. It would depend on where oil prices stabilise and maybe even climb a bit. At this point then maybe I will buy some Keppel.

I was replying to your post about Keppel Corp so its that stock that I am referring to. Keppel Land has not been hit in any big way so far.

probably buy more stamford ld also because of weak australia dollar.

岁末，在检视个人今年的财务规划之际，大家是不是已开始拟定明年的理财计划？好的开始是成功的一半。年轻的上班族在设定明年的财务目标时，应该考虑些什么？不妨花些时间仔细想想，接下来的日子应该如何消费、如何规划，才不会让生活习惯，破坏新年理财大计。

储蓄是财务规划的根本。有储蓄才有钱消费、有能力投资。若是存款薄弱依旧挥金如土，最终会陷入入不敷出的窘境。社会新鲜人刚步入职场，正是打下良好财务基础的最佳时机，而定期检视存款进度与花费习惯，则是每个人都应该掌握的基本功。

根据新加坡信贷辅导协会（Credit Counselling Singapore）的数据，协会去年辅导的个案多达1838个，创下历史新高。其中约半数人是因为超支而欠债。这些数据仅限于新加坡信贷辅导协会所接触的欠债人，若加上“隐蔽”的欠债人，本地因超支而欠债的人数，相信会更多。

由此可见，本地仍有不少人并没有量入为出。他们当中，或许是过度消费，把钱花在不需要的物品上，导致积欠债务。

网购在上班族群里非常流行。有些人喜欢透过网购排遣工作压力；有些人则认为，上网购物比较经济实惠，甚至可以“省钱”。网购的便利与多样化确实有吸引力，一旦消费者养成习惯，难以抑制欲望，下单购买的并非是生活必需品，将会造成浪费。

克制购物欲望　先列清单再打算

如果想要克制消费冲动，不妨把自己想要但并不需要的东西写在一张清单上，30天后再回顾那张清单。如果真的想要拥有就买吧。不过，多数时候，当那股冲动冷却下来后，购物的欲望也会淡下来。

除了定期检视消费习惯，我们日常的作息，其实也有改善的空间。以上班族通勤为例，不少人为了省时间，或避开乘搭公共交通得面对的拥挤人群，而选择搭德士。假设搭巴士或地铁需要2元，而搭德士需要20元，开销就增加10倍，无形中加重负担。

此外，许多上班族养成喝精品咖啡的习惯。有些人选择到高档咖啡座，一杯咖啡要价6元至7元，当这些花费成为生活的一部分，久而久之，开销自然增加。

除了在日常生活中设法开源节流，年轻上班族或许也可开始考虑买保险，日后一旦急需用钱就有备无患。新加坡金融管理局明年预料推出的新措施，让消费者在无需支付佣金的情况下，向保险公司购买定期寿险、终身寿险与严重疾病附加保单。

金融管理局表示，推出这项措施的目的是，让不需要财务咨询的消费者，能以较便宜的价格购买某些寿险产品，并希望新的直销管道能为市场注入竞争元素，从而让消费者享受价格较低的产品。这项措施虽然仍未实行，但也为消费者提供多一项选择。

关注经济与政策变化　理财方式应随之变通

要精明理财，除了须平衡储蓄与花费，也应该关注经济走势，以及一些政策与条例的改变。

例如，想投资股票却担心门槛太高而踌躇不前的人，从明年开始，可以考虑将股票投资纳入个人的理财计划。这是因为新加坡交易所将从明年1月19日开始，把所有股票的交易单位，从每张1000股减至每张100股，这意味着散户购买蓝筹股的门槛，将会随之降低。

在宏观层面上，市场明年将密切关注美国联邦储备局是否会提高利率。对一般上班族而言，这类信息有什么投资玄机？

从个人财务规划的观点来看，贷款与融资成本将会随之提高。过去一年，银行不时推出一些优惠定存利率吸引存户，这个做法可能是为了在利率提高之前锁定存款。如果你的风险承受能力低，仅能接受回报低且风险也低的产品，那么就可关注这方面的变化。

此外，美联储提高利率，也会影响房贷。房贷基本上分固定利率配套与浮动利率配套两种，后者与新加坡银行同业拆息率（Singapore Interbank Offered Rate，简称SIBOR）或新元掉期利率（Swap Offer Rate，简称SOR）挂钩，外加银行溢价。

浮动利率配套意味着，在利率上升时，借款人必须支付较高的利息，因此在申请房贷或为房贷再融资时，可纳入考虑，并计算出哪一种配套最适合自己。

除了利率，经济与金融市场其实还受到各种各样错综复杂的因素影响，例如政府的条例、油价的涨跌、地缘政治局势变化等等。

知识就是力量，在新的一年里，不妨给自己定下一些功课，多了解世界局势与经济因素，如何左右我们的生活与开支，做一个明智的理财达人。

Mid point between S1 and S2 looks like a good place

Then falls like a ton of bricks and S3 looks like good exit

But no when all try to escape at same time it ain't holding

Making less than one could is better than losing money

Too soon to say man because it all depends on the trend of oil prices whether its going to stabilise or go further south or go higher. Its very difficult to say if you want to trade but for holding purposes maybe just let it settle for a few more days.
