This kind of property is on a willing buyer willing seller basis so no curbs at all.

i read that they going to lift the curb by next june, meaning election should be near in a time span of 6 months to a year. very crafty move by pap gahment indeed, only after many homes have been repossessed.
No one knows for sure when these deterrents are going to be lifted. If they lift it too soon in the cycle and property prices go up rapidly again just prior to elections then you can guess the sentiment and possible outcome.
