Singapore has some seriously good English speakers

The Test of English as a Foreign Language, Toefl, is widely used to gauge levels of English proficiency. In Asia, Singaporeans, as a group, scored the highest in 2013, followed by Indians, Pakistanis, Filipinos and Malaysians among 31 countries and regions. China fell from ninth in 2007 to 20th because of declines in reading, listening and writing. Japan, one of Asia's leading economies, was among the region's bottom dwellers with Cambodia, Laos and other countries.

Another reason why Nippon is finished.....!!!

Besides not knowing England, Nippon bastards also don't know Mandarin or Russian....the 2 most powderful countries in the world right now.........Nippon is finished......TOTALLY.

I took TOEFL a long,long,......long time ago. Actually found it very easy.
What was more difficult was SAT.

Sinkies should question their government why despite Engrish being the medium of instruction in all public schools, their proficiency in the language still lags behind non-native Engrish-speaking countries in Western Europe.

Perhaps it's time we brought back vernacular-only schools?

I took TOEFL a long,long,......long time ago. Actually found it very easy.
What was more difficult was SAT.

Yeah I've had a go at SAT and had found it quite draining.

IELTS is a better system.

IELTS is of course superior to TOEFL but the 4 hour SAT is tiring. These days the SAT tests are usually done at ACS at Dover Road.
