Would some eXXXpert economist explain in simple engrish,..

1. Why is Malaysia Ringgit weakening soo much ?

2. Issit true that the Govt. had borrowed really, verrrry (too) much, from the International Lenders ?

2a. What happens if Msia Defaults on payments ?

3. Will the Creative Accounting within the 1MDB, result in a bigger fall-out that will afffect even Johor properties ?

Property Prices goes up,..but Msian Ringgit goes down.
Factor in the higher interest rates,...

...Has anyone really exited the Malaysian Market - and successfully transfer out the monies ?
