Trust is a virtue. Nothing wrong with singaporeans trusting the govt. Indeed that trust should be applauded. The problem is that pap failed Singaporeans and betrayed our trust.

singaporeans especially "elites" expect to earn big bucks just because they study abit and work a little........huge compensation for little output in reality......leong sam style.contribute nothing of value to society but thinks should be paid handsomely.comes up with all sorts of reason why others should do all the work while they sit back and count the money,which is why the slave mentality is acceptable here.....import one million slaves to work dirt cheap for u and long hours and then collect the huge profits and pat themselves on the back for "job well done" or "good governance".pay security guards $1k a month and expect them to work 12 hour shifts for ......pay construction workers $2 an hour to slave under the hot sun,then sit in air con office to count their million dollar profits and admire their mercedes and complain they "work" so hard they have to treat themselves to thousand dollar spas and restaurants every week to destress.
