Something to share with you all regarding facing problems with your car.

These days each part in engine give a fault code (start with letter P, for example P1362) when the technician run the scanner test.

Go Googles to search the fault code before you commit to pay for the parts or kenna kutok by the mechanic.

You may be amazed at the amount of info about the problem and how people fix it. Common part failures is worldwide and can be purchase OEM price from overseas. Or people talk about it and provide great info like the manufacturer warranty, manufacturer recalls to fix the problem for free and so on.

For example this common Suburu part problem,

Car is getting computerized complicated with fault codes and if mechanic failed to clear the codes the problem still exists and created more fault codes.

Car owners are getting fucked with fault codes that can played out your car that mechanic make more money from you than ever, marking with the codes to make you go back to them.

Just disconnect the computer and continue to drive. Those are just sensors could be faulty because of rust or wear and tear. Like loose cables.

I agree. My engine check light was on. Drove around, did not feel anything wrong. Ignition coils were just changed with sparks.... suspected could be O2 sensor with the haze and all... ignored it and it disappeared after a week or so

key word is bypass.
i know of a tech guy who work smart.
he is lazy but smart enough to take short cut.
in industrial chiller, there are hundred of sensors and fault code.
some code will cripple the whole chiller from operating further.
ahmad being lazy..he will bypass the safety devices and clear the error codes..there it is..the chilller is running again.
this goes on and he bypass more and more safety devices.
1 day the whole chiller is totally crippled but ahmad left the company long ago.

some says they pull out the fuse (in the fuse box section) to disabled the part, trial and error thing. If it works, be it. If it doesn't put it back, simple self testing. Then go to the tuner mechanic to get it checked with the scanner, reset (default) it to clear fault codes, if any.

Heard this day also use javascript/ java codes on car ECM unit to run the car.

Next time find any problem with car, we can help to resolve the problem here.
