Why m&d Chinese cannot accept Malays wanting to have Bahasa Melayu as their nation language and be a successful nation like Singapore, but instead choose Chinese and English schools?

Malay used Romanize words for writing Malayu. It is easy to write education books and computer codes than the Chinese have to re-invent Chinese codes and simplified Chinese words with less strokes. The Chinese made it with their simplified Chinese and whole nation have no problems with the change.
