Our MRT is in a big mess ....yet, this scholar gets another job and a big pay raise.

This is meritocracy PAP style!

Municipal Services Office is making many people rich ...LTA Chief, PMO Minister the fool, more PAP lackeys will staff that office.

What a waste of money! MSO is a political initiative to defang the powers of the Town Councils!

Now think of it, that MP is so incapable of solving the problem and now the PM have to create another post to cover her backside. :oIo::oIo::oIo:

MSO is a big joke. No mandate. No description of role. Some say it is to coordinate. Some say it is for communication. The PAP doesn't have a clue what the MSO is for. Minister in charge is in PMO. Yet, it is under the MND office. So, who is actually running it?
