Where to go for good and cheap International buffet? Recommend?

The PAP in it's folly does not realise that they and the greedy landlords are killing the goose that lays the golden eggs.
It is actually the KILLER RENTALS that are driving prices UP and UP, very soon even the tourists would be going to other cheaper dining places in South East Asia and Singapore F & B industry will hollow out as they will be beating mosquitoes!

It's = It is
its is possessive, as in [ its tail ]
Accordingly, in your context, it should be [ The PAP in its folly ..... ]

One tend to overeat at buffets so it's prudent not to over eat. But once in a while it's nice, my favorite is the Hyatt Hotel's award winning Champange Brunch at its Mezza9 restaurant. I'm sure you'll love it.

SGD$138 per person is very expensive.

The cost of a lunch buffet at one of Toronto's Mandarin Buffet Restaurants is Cdn$15 on a weekday, and Cdn$20 on Saturday and Sunday, except that it does not include free beverages.
