Why was company founded only to merge with other more experience entities with proven track record??? To start with the biz grabbed by Singbridge could have been taken care of by the named entities. Was it parochial move? Was it oneupmanship played by Ho Ching? Or did she created the biz to house Selamat Wong KS?????????????????????????
