Chew eng han: Kong knew his wife's "success" relied on church buying her albums

So far Con Hee has managed to steer past and shift the blame to the other gong kias by saying he 'trusted' them fully with investments.

He might actually pull this off and get away.

A church leader is now in court for using church funds to sponsor his wife's singing dream.

So where should the Prime Minister of Singapore go when he uses Singaporean retirement funds to sponsor his wife's Wall Street career?

I can see the plan liao, say Sun Ho have no idea of whats going on? Then Kong Hee says that he is too busy managing the church, thus leaves the financial aspects to his lackeys, so not very sure what was going on.

I doubt the courts will buy it though, and he will be made an example, ala Durai.

You think Singapore courts so dumb.

Their only worry is how many voters are in the church.

Also how to handle the fallout later -donno what lengths they will go thru to support them.

The only problem is if they let con hee get away with his act blur tactic, then the courts will be made a laughing stock.

He will only get away with it if the DPP are stupid. Main issue is deception/ concealment since this are the ingredients to PROVE CBT (CRIMINAL BREECH OF TRUST)...
Kong Hee is trying to fool the judge or the DPP by associating himself with the PAP through paying a pap politician lawyer fees: unfortunately, this also pits the PAP supporting AGC against itself.

I hope Kong Hee is finally sentenced for the deception/ concealment that he as leader perpetuated with the help of 'round-tripping'/ other complex accounting acrobatics.

If the DPP fails to achieve conviction in this case, then the AGC only shows what a useless service/ PAP sock puppet it is...

(Just like in 1997 when the AGC displayed what a PAP sock-puppet it was:..
