Sinkies should be able to die with dignity instead of having their organs dig out (out of ignorance if they didn't opt out) and donate or sell to unknown parties (which only profit the hospitals or some elites if money is made). With such an Act, would it be a concern too that medical staff would put in less effort to save the lives of less important or useful sinkies in view of what can be made from them after their deaths?

yes, you're right. they have to bear with ah pek's lack of lampar and lanjiao to get to cpf. but for young powerful studs like raiders, they are willing to spend money to keep enjoying lampar and lanjiao. :p

The single most valid reason why HOTA needs to be scrapped is because it is totally not transparent and recipients can jump queue and you dun know who jumped queue because there can be private arrangement with money transferred.
