Going to trial would be a waste of taxpayer funds and court resources. A summary judgement is the right way to go.

LHL is really nice to Roy... His 100k donated by member of public is only able to pay for the article which he posted... If this case going into trials... More things coming out from Roy and his lawyer... Than the 100k will not be enough and Singaporeans will have to donate more to Roy... You can see that our PM really concern for Singaporeans...
