The five 17 year olds who are accused of vanadlising the rooftop of Block 85A Lorong 4 in Toa Payoh were in court again on Friday where three of the five had an additional charge added.
Koh Wen Jie, Reagan Tan Chang Zhi and Chay Nam Shen were further charged with criminal trespass on the rooftop of Bishan MRT Station between April and June 2013.
The three had allegedly climbed over a wall fencing to enter the premise.
The other two teens were also in court but had no further charges added.
The five boys are all out on bail currently and will be back in court on July 29th. The court heard that the investigations into them are almost complete and their trials will begin soon.
The boys are accused of breaking into the rooftop area of Blk 85A on May 7th and spray painting phrases such as "Fuck the PAP" and "Wake up SG" as well as anarchy symbols and curses against the Police.
They each face vandalism charges as well as various trespass charges. If convicted of vandalism, they could be facing maximum sentences of up to 7 years in jail and mandatory caning.
