Just saw this garbage on tc news again. Hougang and serangoon has 17 dengue hotspot. Incredibly, they choose to concentrate on serangoon gardens, which is under wp. Gardens is just a small spot of the entire serangoon area. Most of it is under the white scum. There is literally no depth they will not sink to
