The trial hasn't started yet, but the hospital has already passed judgement that there is defamation.

This is certainly an act of defamation in itself. Perhaps Roy should sue the hospital on this ground.

Taking a step back, beyond the fact of the dismissal itself, we see the kind of society that the incumbent has brought us to.

A society where public services are subverted for political agendas.

A society where open discussions are replaced with monologues and staged dialogues.

A society where cronyism underlies the illusion of meritocracy.

That's why dual citizenships are needed for sinkies, so they can move when the cant take the heat anymore in sg but still keep their links with their homeland. Forcing sinkies to migrate without that option of another citizenship only makes sinkies hate pap more.

PAP has been lucky in the past since many unhappy Sporeans are able to leave. It acts like a safety valve. If these people had remained in Spore they would probably support the opposition.

Now that the PAP are pushing "lesser mortals" into a corner, the PAP will see more Sporeans pushing back e.g. CPF protest, protest against the increase in foreigners.

I really think that the PAP will get a bloody nose in the next GE
