Yesterday, Law and Foreign Affairs Minister K Shanmugam said that, "So if you say, the Prime Minister steals from pension funds, then you better be prepared to prove it."

Shamu is the one of the best in sinkapore and he doesn't even know the difference between a savings fund and a pension fund. The CPF is not a pension!!!

i know that the theory of black holes exist in space but how am i supposed to prove that it works?

Dear Shamu, stick to your job--law, foreign affairs and your constituency which needs cleaning. Why must you poke your hand everywhere?

The CPF is a pension fund according to all mainstream definitions of the term.

A pension fund is any plan, fund, or scheme which provides retirement income.

pen·sion1
ˈpenSHən/
noun
1. a regular payment made during a person's retirement from an investment fund to which that person or their employer has contributed during their working life.

The common use of the term pension is to describe the payments a person receives upon retirement, usually under pre-determined legal or contractual terms. A recipient of a retirement pension is known as a pensioner or retiree.

Do Sinkees gets a regular payment till death? Nope. Until the savings run out.

If we accept your argument, then our savings for retirement is also a pension! Ask people who live in the West what is a pension.

Stop splitting hairs. It makes you look stupid.

The beauty of the CPF scheme is that there are many options available which is why it is superior to what the West is used to. One of the options is regular payments till death occurs.

There is nothing wrong with CPF life. It is an excellent option but of course there are also many others.

the pension fund is no different from the maintenance fund that sham has to pay his ex-wife due to his inability to keep his c0ck loyal to his ex-wife.
