You are truly a ignorant PAP IB. The video is to showcase Singapore blue collar workers being happy and productive in their jobs, but without discussing at all their level of pay vis-a-viz an equivalent worker in other developed countries, or the exploitation (OT without pay, CPF daylight robbery) that goes on behind the scenes.
