When I was applying for university scholarship, those chee bye rejected my applications. They give so many scholarship to many PRC foreigners, are they really better than me then? Many of them cannot even string a single proper English sentence orally, listening to their presentation is a fucking pain to my ears.

3/4 years down the road, I graduated with a strong 2nd upper cap, and I saw many of those PRCs morons dropped out in the first 2 years due to language issues or forced to graduated on the 3rd year due to lousy cap. I also seen examples of those struggling to meet the minimum cap of 3.5 just to maintain their scholarship. Fuck 3.5 is just a average lousy B, how hard can it be.

Yes the good one are really good, but they are minorities and most of them received their education in Singapore since their A/O level. Majorities of the smart one among them I know are locally educated. You really think they are foreign talents? to me they are shit.

Maybe in the field of pure mathematics they might really rules, but in other fields....seriously they are not that fantastic.

This is a very good first hand observation from you. Than what happens when these PRC drop out? I guess they don't repay the govt. back.
