i like the serenity, farmstay, karri valley, albany, etc

He is also very good in assessing one's true capability. Wayang and porlumpar doesn't work on him. I respect him for taking the time to identify and remove them when he is in charge. Most guys in his position enjoy the bootlicking, which is why such characters can last so long and rise so high. He is also very gentle, allowing them to disappear on their own with minimum embarrassment.
