Jessie Goh just had her CEP revised to be a future CDF with the potential to be a 超级白when she leaves the force.

You're being ridiculous. Gaining general knowledge on a subject is one thing but when it comes to dealing with mental illness, a qualified psychiatrist has to be the one calling the shots.

If non medical personnel are given the responsibility of managing medical issues by googling for info, the whole system of medical classification of enlistees might as well be abandoned.
