There are successful people the world over but because of the prudent management of the country by the talented PAP government, Singapore has a far higher percentage of successful people compared to countries you mention. 1 out of 6 households has at least $1 million in disposable wealth and this excludes the value of their property/business.

While you may knock the PAP for some of its policies, you cannot deny the fact that when it comes to the bottom line, they are doing an excellent job.

the pap was fortunate to have intelligent and hardworking singaporeans to help make their policies succeed and made pap look good.

without the the hardworking and resource Singaporeans, LKY wld have failed and the pap wont be where it is now

so the pap has to be thankful especially to the pioneer generation
