Let said grant $70k for 2 room which pricing $90k. So buyer only paid $20k.
If 3 room grant $40 whick pricing $150k. So buyer paid $110k after grant.

Yes. This is especially so for the lower income who would like to start a family by buying a 3 room flat. To them, a $10,000 two room flat against $91,000 seems like not working the maths.
