somme road park now, there is a big group, at least 8 or more of them sitting around in a circle, they look and act quite drunk and are shouting and singing....

so back to normal?

isnt there some FOOking law about gatherings in groups?

Please define normal. Normal as in any other civilized decent human being or "normal" as in typical shit skin behavior.

If it's the latter then it's normal in little india. The day where you see kelings behaving like humans of other races being decent and clean and considerate then it's abnormal.
