S'pore may lose 99,000 jobs

DBS bank Ltd says so. Unemployment rate to hit 5% in 2010.

WHy 99,000 and not 100,000, like $9.90 is cheaper than $10?

Or DBS is soon going another round of retrenchment and wait for Hairdo Lim says disappointed?

Does DBS knows about the Job Credit scheme or not? Don't they know Job Credit Scheme is a 1 medicine cure all, being highly promoted by many MPs as Bold Decisive Innovative better than Viagra that will protect jobs? DBS no believe the MPs?
