If the students from these schools have any balls, they would organize a rally in front of MOE. Its very common for students all over the world to protest school fee hikes and what not. If they all go down to MOE and wave their banners around protesting the budget cuts, what is the MOE going to do? These students have no political agenda they are not old enough to vote in many instances, they will not be asking for more money, they should ask for the budget to be restored. Will MOE Ask the police to shoot them all? Hardly. Arrest a few thousand school children? Sure, that will make them look good. If sinkies don't want to fight for what is rightfully theirs, no one else will. I mean, these are supposed to be the elite students in the whole country, coming from RI, Hwa Chong, etc. they have a right to demand the best possible resources for their education, instead of giving the money to National Integration Council or tens of thousands of fucking foreign scholarship holders.
