Can u go easy on your ad fees as my aspiring subordinates and peers are complaining of your sky high prices. But then i couldn't really careless as i am one of the pioneer batch. :p

Actually the end result need not be contradictory. The key factor is the leadership.
If the leadership has morals, those who are obedient will follow suit.
