we pay monthly subscription to singtel for a limited airtime usuage. if we exceed the limit, ST bills us.
here's the catch: if we do not use up the airtime limit, isn't it fair the singtel rebate us back the unused airtime by maybe reducing accordingly pro rata our subscription rate payable?
same goes to the free SMSes we are entitled each month. if exceeds, they bill each extra SMS at 5c plus gst. but seriously, what if we don't use up the limit, shouldn't ST rebate that too?
isn't this a fairer commercial practice and billing?
