I think this case should be those very old estate central resale type.

1- He is fucking stupid to think that casino opens to give you money. Casino don't let you win, they open so that they can take your money. All the games are skewed to let the casino win in the long run. So it is foolish to think of making money from casino. If casino found out about the weak points in the game, they will change the rules or change the game to get back the winning odds. So he is a fool. 1.we built two casinos after 40/50 yrs.
2.its an isolated case.
3.already exercised maximum restraint before building the casinos.
4.its a honest mistake, lets move on.
