Born, eat, work, play and die with Labor. Their parents and their kids are part of the Labor family.

These hardcore will vote Labor even if there is no Labor candidates.

How is society better off when the masses are made to endure long hours of work with insecurity and low pay and a small group commands the wealth?
Globalization is a phase that will end when more people are forced into insecurity. Humans that are insecure and threatened will fight back.

GM could close down the plant only because of the lowering of tariffs. Bring the tariffs back and Holden will be back in business.

People are not buying Holden because their cars are crap!

Even fortune 100 companies are full of such and these people are executives. That's why companies go through periodic restructuring. Job security is the lesser of two evils. And it keeps the economy going ...$1 million bucks shared by 10 people equally generate more demand than the same amount given to one guy.

In the case of Holden, the workers are unemployable anywhere else because they do not have brains.
They do not need brains because their nanny have been providing for them.

The only difference is how the govt do it.
