Pardon the pun, looks like lots of front liners here.
They can't catch Mas Selamat how to deal with rioting Ah Nehs?
..... And the 4000 mob burnt itself out. .....!!!
Kopisai, Why cant you just report Facts and not lie...It was NEVER 4000...
You and your dirty Con Job habits of exaggeration again and again! Even I wanna make peace with you, I cant cos your Lying Traits are difficult for a lot of us to accept!
I personally applaud the behaviour of our SPF. Nobody in the world would have adopted such a cool, collected and calm attitude in the face of such mindless and furious mob. Yes, they were all surrounded from all sides and they did well by allowing the mob to die down and the dangerous situation burnt itself out. This is a world class performance of restraint, patience and prudene.
Not a single shot was fired. There was no panic. There was no use of any firearms , not even water canons. And the 4000 mob burnt itself out. This is a wonderful and brilliant strategy of our SPF and we should applaud the strategy that was adopted. No police violence. No police brutality. No death caused by the police. We should be grateful that nothing more than the fire and explosion .No death. The situation was well under control. The initial assessment was not very accurate but the response was professional, pragmatic and admirable.
Well done SPF!!! My kudos to all the restraint, patience and perseverance shown by all. Majulah Singapura!!!

Sometimes, I wonder if the situation would have a different ending if the old man is still in command.
Given his strong-willed character and determination, I'm sure he'll give the order: "Go all out to stop the rioting. I don't care whatever means you have to use. This rioting must be stopped at all costs."
Kind of sad this video spreading the mis-information, I would be running too if I am surrounded. If those personnel were to be hurt or injured it would be a different story. You see those around them they were not intending to hurt anyone , if their intent were to , those personnel would not have stand a chance. My two cents worth.
Really??

Why so many people still talking about riot this riot there? Jiak Pa Bo Tai Chi chor ah? Nabei!
Come on, you think this would be a better situation handled if there were gunfire, water cannon and tear gas ? I have seen this kind of indian mobs before , they were just trying to start something. If anyone reacted to their bait what are the consequences ?
Agreed, Anyone with common sense and survival instinct would have done the same.
Fact is our boys in blue were caught unprepared.
Let's call a spade a spade and not spin it into something about police exercise great restraint.
Worst still, we have got blind sycophant who claims that "Nobody in the world would have adopted such a cool, collected and calm attitude in the face of such mindless and furious mob."
I vote this as best video of the decade! Mata running so fast. Think faster than taking ippt. Hahahaha.Really??
