As of 10 Dec 2013 at 3:20am, further investigations revealed that 2 more male subjects, one Indian National and one Singaporean PR, were not involved in the riot at Little India on 8 December 2013. This brings the total number of persons to be charged this morning for the incident to 24. All of them are Indian Nationals. The 4 subjects who were not involved in the incident have since been released from Police custody.
