How To Make A Korean Drama

the Taiwanese version changes the opening credits many times to correspond to the drama storyline. SG version never changes from ep1 to end... :D

For the "Golden Ferris Wheel", the opening credits didn't change.
Almost all the characters in the opening credits had either died, migrated or disappeared by the end of the series. :D

1 kimchi artificial man + 1 kimchi artificial korean woman = korean drama
no need scripts. nothing
anyhow act will do.
:D

Taiwan dramas are damn funny.
When they start at chapter 1, you see the opening credits, it's one group of actors and actresses.
By the time they reach chapter 60, all the actors and actresses have all changed to a whole new batch of people, but the opening credits are still the same. :D

The last Taiwanese drama I watched was 保镖 back in 1976. It dragged on for so long, past 200 episodes, that the then-Radio & Television Singapore (RTS) had to do the unprecedented and can it midway. We never got to see a single duel between the 2 protagonists after 180 episodes: 司马不平 & 欧阳无敌. Every time they were squaring up to fight, sword and sabre drawn, someone would barge in at the last minute and shout, "住手!"

Gave up on Taiwanese serials after that.

Never watched 保镖, but I learnt from this forum that one of the lead actors (either the guy who acted as 司马不平 or 欧阳无敌) can now be seen acting in one of the modern day Taiwan dramas on mediacorp, dunno in what role though........................ :D
