Not according to a friend of mine who was a medical student. Dream specializations are where the big money is: plastic surgery, ophthalmology. The more brilliant ones specialize in the heart or brain. The okay ones become ENTs or orthopaedists or dermatologists.

Honestly, how often does one find a good looking vagina. There are nice fingers, lips , ears , necks , shoulders , knees, but vaginas ? I don't think looking down one every day as a job is my idea of fun. We overlook all that because , damn, it feels good.
